How do I enrol my child in lessons?
Simply click on the “Online Enrolment” button on our web site home page. A new tab will appear with the online enrolment form. Simply complete the information in the fields for yours and your child’s details and submit the form.

Does my school have Music Melodies? Which schools do you service?
Our lessons are taught in the following schools:
– Carnegie Primary School
– Dandenong North Primary School
– Glen Huntly Primary School
– Keysborough Primary School
– Malvern Central School
– McKinnon Primary School
– Sandringham Primary School
– St Kilda Primary School
– St Patrick’s Primary School, Murrumbeena

How long are lessons?
Lessons are 20 mins for private and 30 mins for group lessons.

How much do lessons cost?
Lesson fees vary slightly between schools, but they generally range from $125 per term for group lessons (up to 5 students) to $340 per term for one-on-one private lessons. Actual fee will be advised on enrolment.

When will I receive an invoice?
Invoices are sent out via email at the beginning of each term, usually by the end of the first week of term.

How can I pay my invoice?
Details of how to pay your invoice are shown on the invoice. You can pay either by Electronic Transfer through your bank or by Credit Card by clicking the payment link in the email that comes with your invoice.

How long do I have to pay my invoice?
Payment terms are 7 days from date of invoice. If your invoice is not paid by the second week of term your child may be removed from classes until outstanding payment is received.

How will I know day, time and location of my child’s lesson?
The Music Melodies teacher allocated to your child’s school will advise you and your child of the lesson details, as well as any changes from week to week (this can happen due to school activities such as sports, swimming or excursions etc).

Do I need to re-enrol each term or even each year?
No. Once you initially enrol your child in the Music Melodies program your child remains in the program until you advise us you wish to cancel – either because your child has left the school, or they no longer wish to continue. Note that we are unable to provide refunds for cancellations part way through a term.
